3. Basic Introduction
Dr.Xu has been involved in energy, carbon neutrality and climate change research for a long time, paying close attention to global energy research as well as development investment analysis, energy efficiency evaluation and carbon emissions accounting. In addition, his related articles have been published in Nature Energy and other affiliated journals. He has also been responsible for a number of international, ministerial, provincial and municipal projects. He was guest speaker at COP26, head observer at COP27, and guest speaker at the UN Conference on Energy.
