1. Working Experiences

 

  • Zeemen Zhiren Chen, a Senior Economist

  • PE Management Qualification National Enterprise Legal Advisor Qualification

​

  • He is also the senior member of the Environmental Management Professional Committee of the China Management Sciences Society (CMSS).Director and life member of China Science and Technology Finance Promotion Association.

     

  • He used to be a Visiting Professor at the University of Oklahoma in the United States; a Guest Professor at the Entrepreneur Class of the School of Economics, Peking University; and Executive Editor-in-chief of "China Small and Medium Enterprises" magazine.

     

  • Since 1998, he has long been engaged in consulting and investment banking business related to green and lowcarbon economic projects. In 2004, as a project platform party, he reached a cooperation agreement of financing 100 million US dollars for the green energy project, one of the 23 key projects for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and was commended by the Beijing Municipal Government.

3. Academic and other achievements

 

In 2019, He published in the Proceedings of the 2019 Annual Conference of the Environmental Management Professional Committee of the China Management Sciences Society "Urban Planning under the Impact of Water Environment Based on the Optimization Framework of Utility Maximization-Problem Proposition, Enlightenment and Methods: Some Points from Frequent Floods in Houston."

 

In 2012, He published "Guilty or Not - Knowledge Inventory, Popular Cases and Legal Guidance of Private Lending and Equity Private Equity."

 

In 1997, Zeemen Zhiren Chen translated the classic academic masterpiece, which was listed as one of the "Chinese translation of world academic classics series” and was published by China's most prestigious Commercial Press. He put forward his original opinions in the long speech translator's preface, which questioned and opposed the original author's point of view and received more than 3,000 citations in the past 15 years. He has been well praised by academic peers.

In 1994, he won the national-level professional award, the Second Prize of Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award for his research on "China's Investment Environment".

In 1987, published "Characteristics and Control Mechanism of Ecosystem in Qaidam Basin" in the Chinese core academic journal "Arid Region Resources and Environment".​
