Academic and professional research in environmental economics and related issues. In environmental economics, he has written several working papers on applied microeconomics for empirical analysis of Chinese environmental policies. Specific research projects include ESG-related topics such as the analysis of the relationship between trade liberalization and China's manufacturing pollution emissions, and the political economy impact of provincial political cycle on manufacturing pollution emission cycle in China.
