Qifeng Guo, a senior engineer, was the director of the Institute of Environment and Energy of the Comprehensive Design and Research Institute of Zhengzhou University.

He is qualified to practice fund management since 1993. With 30 years of experience in the whole industry chain such as clean energy project development consulting, financing investment, engineering design, heat pump product production, engineering construction, energy project operation, etc.

For a long period of time, he has provided investment consulting, engineering design and comprehensive risk control services in clean energy and renewable energy for central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and listed companies in China's energy sector. He has long been engaged in the development and application of photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, geothermal energy, and air heat pump clean energy in high-altitude areas of Tibet.
